| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions:
The Tracking Code Manager WordPress plugin versions prior to 2.3.0
Description:
The issue concerns the lack of sanitization and escaping of certain settings in the plugin, which could allow high-privilege users, such as administrators, to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks. This is possible even when the unfiltered html capability is disallowed, for example, in a multisite setup.
Recommendations:
For versions prior to 2.3.0, update to version 2.3.0 or later to resolve the issue.
