Description The issue is related to Insecure Direct Object Reference, which allows authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level permissions and above to export ticket data for any user. This is possible due to missing validation on a user-controlled key via the exportusereraserequest.
Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 2.8.8, consider restricting access to the exportusereraserequest until a patch is available to prevent unauthorized export of ticket data.
