Description
The issue is related to an Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command, also known as 'OS Command Injection'. This may allow an authenticated attacker to execute unauthorized code via crafted HTTP requests.
Recommendations
For FortiADC version 6.1, update to a version that is not affected by this issue.
For FortiADC version 6.2, update to a version that is not affected by this issue.
For FortiADC version 7.0, update to a version that is not affected by this issue.
For FortiADC versions 7.1.0 through 7.1.4, update to a version that is not affected by this issue.
For FortiADC versions 7.2.0 through 7.2.7, update to a version that is not affected by this issue.
For FortiADC versions 7.4.0 through 7.4.6, update to a version that is not affected by this issue.
For FortiADC versions 7.6.0 through 7.6.1, update to a version that is not affected by this issue.
As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to crafted HTTP requests until a patch is available.
