Description A stack-based buffer overflow exists in the Kprintf HLE function. Opening a disc image that logs a specially crafted message may allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code if the user enabled IOP Console Logging.

Recommendations For versions up to 2.3.414, update to version 2.3.414 or later to fix the vulnerability. As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the Kprintf HLE function or IOP Console Logging until a patch is available.
