Description A vulnerability in the Linux kernel has been resolved, related to the nvmet-tcp module. The issue occurs when the TCP connection is not established, causing the queue->state change to be null, and subsequently leading to a null pointer dereference. This results in a kernel crash, as indicated by the error message. The vulnerability is related to the tcp fin function and the tcp data queue function.
Recommendations To resolve the issue, update the Linux kernel to a version that includes the fix for this vulnerability. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
