Description A vulnerability in the Linux kernel has been resolved. The issue was related to the video device for the MPEG encoder not setting device caps, which prevented the video device from being registered and resulted in a WARN ON instead. This problem was discovered while experimenting with support for 417, which is currently disabled.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
