Description
A issue in the Linux kernel has been identified where the system may process IPC reply before firmware boot, potentially leading to a NULL pointer dereference. This could occur if a broken firmware sends a reply message before a FW READY message. The issue is present in both IPC3 and IPC4 firmware.
