Description
A refcount leak bug was found in the Linux kernel, specifically in the ucc uart.c file. The issue arises in the soc info() function where of find node by type() returns a node pointer with an incremented refcount. To properly handle this, of node put() should be used when the node is no longer in use.
Recommendations
For the Linux kernel, apply the fix for the refcount leak bug in ucc uart.c by utilizing of node put() when the node pointer is not used anymore.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
