CVE-2022-50039

CVSS v2.0

5.5

Medium

VectorAV:A/AC:L/Au:S/C:N/I:N/A:C
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description A vulnerability in the Linux kernel has been resolved. The issue was related to a missing clk disable unprepare() call in intel eth pci remove(), which was partly reverted due to a kernel panic caused by a double call to clk disable unprepare() in stmmac dvr remove() and intel eth pci remove(). However, a later update to stmmac dvr remove() removed the call to clk disable unprepare(), making it necessary to add the call back to intel eth pci remove().
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
