Description A refcount leak bug has been identified in the Linux kernel, specifically in the omapdss init fbdev() function. The issue arises when of find node by name() returns a node pointer with an incremented refcount, which should be decremented using of node put() when no longer in use.
Recommendations For the Linux kernel, apply the fix for the refcount leak bug in the omapdss init fbdev() function by using of node put() to decrement the refcount when the node pointer is not used anymore.
