Description A kernel infoleak has been reported at vcs read() due to a buffer that can be read immediately after a resize operation. The issue is resolved by initializing the buffer using kzalloc(). The vulnerability can be exploited through a sequence of system calls, including open(), ioctl(), and read(), involving devices such as /dev/fb0 and /dev/vcsu.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
