Description: A critical issue affects the function formSetEmail of the file /goform/formSetEmail. The manipulation of the argument curTime/config.smtp email subject leads to stack-based buffer overflow. The attack may be initiated remotely. This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer.
Recommendations: For D-Link DIR-619L version 2.06B01, as a temporary workaround, consider disabling the formSetEmail function until a patch is available. Restrict access to the /goform/formSetEmail endpoint to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the curTime/config.smtp email subject argument in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
