CVE-2025-5936

CVSS v3.1

4.3

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions: VR Calendar plugin for WordPress versions prior to 2.4.8
Description: The issue is related to Cross-Site Request Forgery. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the syncCalendar() function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to trigger a calendar sync via a forged request, granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
Recommendations: For versions prior to 2.4.8, update to version 2.4.8 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the syncCalendar() function until a patch is available.
