CVE-2025-5937

CVSS v3.1

4.3

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions: The MicroPayments – Fans Paysite: Paid Creator Subscriptions, Digital Assets, Wallet plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 3.2.0
Description: The issue is related to Cross-Site Request Forgery due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the adminOptions() function. This allows unauthenticated attackers to reset the plugin's settings by tricking a site administrator into performing an action, such as clicking on a link.
Recommendations: For versions up to, and including, 3.2.0, consider disabling the adminOptions() function until a patch is available to prevent exploitation. Restrict access to the plugin's settings to minimize the risk of unauthorized changes. Avoid using the plugin until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
