Description: A vulnerability has been resolved in the Linux kernel related to the ksmbd module. The issue involves the use of the list first entry() macro, which never returns NULL but instead returns an invalid pointer if the list is empty. To address this, the list first entry or null() function is used to check if the list is empty.
