Description:
A division by zero issue can occur in the Linux kernel when the
ptp rate is 0 before configuring EST. This happens because a bogus ptp rate value of 0 can propagate up to EST configuration, triggering the division by zero. The issue is resolved by adding a check to prevent this division by zero.Recommendations:
