Description
The issue is related to a buffer overflow due to the lack of input size validation. This can be exploited by a remote attacker to cause a denial of service or execute arbitrary commands. The vulnerability can be exploited via the "/goform/fromSetLanDhcpsClientbinding" API endpoint.
Recommendations
For Edimax AC1200 Wi-Fi 5 BR-6476AC version 1.06, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "/goform/fromSetLanDhcpsClientbinding" API endpoint until a patch is available.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
