Description A vulnerability in the Linux kernel has been resolved, related to the nvme-rdma module. The issue occurs when the admin q is destroyed while creating a controller, causing the kernel to hang. This is due to the admin q being quiesced before canceling requests, but not unquiesced before destruction, resulting in pending requests not being drained and the kernel hanging on blk mq freeze queue wait() forever.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
