CVE-2025-6743
CVSS v3.1
6.4
Medium
| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions:
Woodmart theme for WordPress versions up to, and including, 8.2.3
Description:
The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's
multiple markers attribute due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes. This allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.Recommendations:
For versions up to, and including, 8.2.3, update to a version that includes the necessary input sanitization and output escaping to prevent Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks.
As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the
multiple markers attribute to minimize the risk of exploitation.Fix
