Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description
The issue concerns the regulator in the Linux kernel, specifically the axp20x driver for the AXP717. According to the AXP717 datasheet, the regulator ramp delay is 15.625 us/step, which translates to 10mV. To address this, a new macro AXP DESC RANGES DELAY has been added, and the existing AXP DESC RANGES macro has been updated to include a ramp delay of 0. Similarly, for DCDC4, a new macro AXP DESC DELAY has been introduced, updating the AXP DESC macro with a ramp delay of 0. This change fixes crashes that occurred when using CPU DVFS.
