Description
The Linux kernel contains a flaw within the
fxls8962af fifo flush() function related to a use-after-free condition. This occurs when the function utilizes indio dev->active scan mask without verifying that the indio dev remains in buffer mode. A race condition arises if indio dev exits buffer mode during the interrupt that flushes the FIFO. This can lead to a kernel NULL pointer dereference when calling find first bit le.Recommendations
