Description
The Linux kernel contains a vulnerability in the powerpc/prom init component related to missing
#size-cells properties in escc nodes on some PowerMac systems. This issue is a warning during boot and does not represent a security risk. The fix involves adding the missing properties to the device tree during boot. The fixup device tree chrp(), fixup device tree pmac(), and fixup device tree() functions are involved.Recommendations
