Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions:
Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description:
The Linux kernel contains an issue where a reference to
pmc->idev is released prematurely in the mld del delrec() function. This occurs because pmc->idev is still used in ip6 mc clear src(), and releasing the reference before this function returns can lead to issues. The reference should be released after ip6 mc clear src() completes.Recommendations:
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
