Description:
The Linux kernel contains a flaw in the
davinci lpsc clk register() function where a NULL pointer dereference can occur. This is due to the function not checking the return value of devm kasprintf(), which can return NULL if memory allocation fails. This can lead to a system crash or other undefined behavior.Recommendations:
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
