CVE-2025-39712

CVSS v3.1

5.5

Medium

VectorAV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description A deadlock issue exists in the Linux kernel related to the mt9m114 driver when getting or setting the frame interval using the V4L2 subdev pad operations get frame interval and set frame interval. The deadlock occurs because the subdev state is locked both in the V4L2 core and within the driver itself. The issue arises from incorrect lock acquisitions and releases within the mt9m114 ifp get frame interval() and mt9m114 ifp set frame interval() functions.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
