Description A race condition issue has been found in the Linux kernel, specifically in the AMDGPU driver. The issue occurs when running YouTube videos and Steam games simultaneously, causing a system hang due to a multi-display configuration setting. The problem is resolved by adding a lock to the buddy allocator's trim function. The issue is related to the amddrm buddy block trim function and the amdgpu vram mgr new function.
