Description
The
bq25890 charger external power changed() function in the Linux kernel could experience a NULL pointer dereference. This occurs because the function may be called before the bq->charger pointer is initialized, leading to a race condition during boot. The issue was observed on a Lenovo Yoga Book 1 yb1-x90f during charger-type detection. The function power supply is supplied by is involved in the call trace.Recommendations
