CVSS v3.1

6.1

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions DWT - Directory & Listing WordPress Theme versions up to, and including, 3.3.3
Description The issue is related to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on the sort by and token parameters. This allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 3.3.3, consider disabling the sort by and token parameters until a patch is available. Restrict access to pages that use these parameters to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the sort by and token parameters in affected pages until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
