VectorAV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description A reference count leak exists in the hswep has limit sbox() function within the perf/x86/intel/uncore module of the Linux kernel. The pci get device() function increases the reference count for the returned device (dev), but the reference count is not decreased, leading to a leak. The issue occurs because pci dev put() was not called after pci read config dword().
