Description
The Linux kernel contained a flaw in the ACPI subsystem where calling
acpi os map memory() on an invalid physical address could lead to a warning and potentially an oops/stacktrace. This issue occurred due to invalid physical addresses within the FPDT table on specific hardware, such as a Packard Bell Dot SC (Intel Atom N2600 model). The fix involves verifying the physical address before calling acpi os map memory().Recommendations
Update to Linux kernel version 6.0.0-rc3+ #490 or a later version to resolve this issue.
