Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description A flaw exists in the Linux kernel's block layer where an incorrect block size could cause a kernel panic. The issue stems from an improper setting of the block size, a critical parameter for block layer operations. If ublk validate params() fails, the code now clears ub->params to prevent the addition of the disk.
