Description A synchronization issue existed between finalize pkvm() and kvm arm init() initcalls in the Linux kernel. Specifically, finalize pkvm() would proceed even if kvm arm init() failed, leading to a warning on all CPUs and potentially a HYP panic. This could result in a kernel panic and system instability.
Recommendations Update to Linux kernel version 6.4.0 #237 or later to resolve this issue.
