Description
The Linux kernel contains a flaw in the btrfs file system related to the
btrfs cancel balance function. A race condition can occur when pausing and canceling a balance operation, potentially leading to a kernel panic due to a BUG ON condition. The race condition arises from an improper check within the function and does not have other side effects.Recommendations
