Description
A null pointer dereference issue was identified in the
drm/ttm subsystem when swapping. This can lead to a general protection fault. The vulnerability occurs when accessing a null pointer during the swapping process, potentially causing system instability. The issue was addressed by adding a check to avoid the null pointer dereference. The vulnerable code path involves functions such as ttm bo swapout, ttm device swapout, and ttm global swapout.Recommendations
