Description
The Linux kernel contains an issue in
mwifiex handle uap rx forward(). A NULL pointer dereference may occur in mwifiex uap queue bridged pkt() if skb copy() returns a NULL value. The issue is addressed by checking the return value of skb copy() and dropping the original skb in case of copying failure. This was found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
