Description
An authentication bypass exists in the FTP server of Juniper Networks Junos OS. An unauthenticated, network-based attacker can gain limited read-write access to files on the device. This occurs when the FTP server is enabled and a user named "ftp" or "anonymous" is configured, allowing login without a password and subsequent read-write access to their home directory.
