Description The WPBakery Page Builder plugin for WordPress is affected by a Stored Cross-Site Scripting issue in the Custom JS module. Insufficient input sanitization and output escaping of user-supplied JavaScript code in the Custom JS module allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages. These scripts will execute when a user accesses an injected page through the WPBakery Page Builder Custom JS module, provided they have access to the WPBakery editor for post types.

Recommendations Update WPBakery Page Builder to a version later than 8.6.1.
