Description
The issue is related to weaknesses in the authorization mechanism of the Service Requests component in Oracle Customer Care. This can be exploited by a remote attacker using HTTP requests, potentially compromising the confidentiality and integrity of protected information. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized access to critical data or all accessible data within Oracle Customer Care.
Recommendations
For versions 12.2.5 through 12.2.13, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue.
