Description The issue allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN eSettlements, resulting in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of the accessible data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of the accessible data. The vulnerability is related to deficiencies in the authorization mechanism.
