Description An issue exists in the RDBMS Functional Index component of Oracle Database Server. A highly privileged attacker with SYSDBA privilege and network access via Oracle Net can compromise RDBMS Functional Index. Successful exploitation may lead to unauthorized read access to a subset of RDBMS Functional Index data.

Recommendations Versions prior to 23.4 and after 23.9 are not affected. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
