Description The Five9 Live Chat plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting through the toolbar attribute within the [five9-chat] shortcode. This occurs because of inadequate input sanitization and output escaping. Authenticated attackers possessing contributor-level access or higher can inject malicious web scripts into pages. These scripts will then execute each time a user accesses the compromised page.

Recommendations Update the Five9 Live Chat plugin to a version beyond 1.1.2.
