None

No severity ratings or metrics are available. When they are, we'll update the corresponding info on the page.
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description An issue was identified in the Linux kernel related to exception handling within the copy from user and copy to user functions on the Niagara architecture. The problem stemmed from inaccurate calculations and a flawed epilogue within the exception handlers introduced to manage user-space memory references. This could lead to system crashes and incorrect return values from the copy from user and copy to user functions when encountering faults. The behavior of memcpy remains unchanged.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
