Description The ELEX WordPress HelpDesk & Customer Ticketing System plugin for WordPress has a flaw where data can be modified without proper authorization. This is due to a missing capability check on the eh crm settings empty trash() function. Attackers who are authenticated and have Subscriber-level access or higher can empty the ticket trash.
