Description
The Linux kernel contains a flaw related to the f2fs filesystem. A NULL pointer dereference issue exists in the error path of
f2fs start discard thread(). This occurs because the code fails to invalidate dcc->f2fs issue discard, potentially leading to access of an invalid pointer when kthread stop() is called. The issue was identified through Syzbot testing.Recommendations
