Description
A flaw exists in the Linux kernel's DRM/AMD/display component related to FCLK pstate changes underflow. The issue arises from calculating the FCLK p-state change watermark based on dummy p-state latency when UCLK p-state support is absent. This is corrected by calculating the watermark based on FCLK pstate change latency when UCLK p-state is not supported.
