Description The Linux kernel contained an issue where devlink port type warn would schedule a warning when a devlink port type was not set, but the warning did not clearly indicate which device (driver) was missing the setting. This made it difficult to identify the source of the problem. The issue was observed in the kernel logs as a warning message related to an unset port type. The function devlink port type warn is involved in this issue.

Recommendations Update to Linux kernel version 5.14.0-319.el9.x86 64 #1 or a later version to resolve this issue.
