Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Rapid Sort RSV GMaps versions n/a through 1.5
Description
The issue is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability that allows Stored XSS. This means an attacker can trick a user into performing unintended actions on a web application, and also store malicious scripts that can be executed by other users.
Recommendations
For versions n/a through 1.5, as a temporary workaround, consider implementing additional validation checks for requests to prevent CSRF attacks, and restrict access to areas where user input is stored to minimize the risk of Stored XSS exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
