Description
The Selea Targa IP OCR-ANPR Camera is subject to a cross-site request forgery condition. This allows attackers to create administrative users without requiring authentication. An attacker can construct a malicious webpage that, when visited by a logged-in user, submits a form to add a new administrator with complete system access. The attack exploits the lack of proper CSRF protection when adding administrative users.
