Description
The firmware on the Meatmeet basestation is not encrypted. An attacker with physical access can retrieve the firmware dump via UART, potentially discovering credentials for current and previous Wi-Fi networks within the NVS partition. This could allow unauthorized access to a victim’s Wi-Fi network.
Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
