Description Several stack-based buffer overflow vulnerabilities exist in the MFER parsing functionality. A specially crafted MFER file can lead to arbitrary code execution. An attacker can provide a malicious file to trigger these vulnerabilities when the Tag is 133.

Recommendations Versions prior to 3.9.1 are affected. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
